Paleolíthic Diet

This diet is very interesting, since it removes cereals from the diet, so we can say that it is a fantastic diet for when the organism is inflamed. And we are interested in lowering that inflammation, or purging the body.

If it is true that it is a diet which is based on the consumption of meat, but we should not necessarily rely on this food as the main one, since in this diet, great importance is given to vegetables, fruits and seeds.

To start with, in the breakfast, since you can not take cereals or milk, you can make the breakfasts with Smoothie, since this variant of the shakes, gives us all the vegetable fiber of fruits and vegetables, as well as giving us vitamins and minerals. The first of our Smoothies is alkalizing, in this way we will help to alkalize our body and have it balanced, by the intake of meat. The second one favors digestion and the third one helps us to lower cholesterol. In this way we start the morning by providing our body with everything it needs to function properly.

In our half mornings, we provide the nuts and the benefits of these, apart from their feeling of fullness, in this way we arrive at the time of the meal without being ruffled by the tripita, like the saber-toothed tiger. We also incorporate shake and energizing juices and antioxidants.

When we are told that we can eat meat on a diet we go crazy, but that does not mean we can eat a balanced diet. In our dishes we have incorporated as ingredients the flowers and seeds, rosemary and its flowers, mint, garlic flowers, nasturtiums, roses or poppies, lavender, basil, being able to benefit from the advantages and properties of these plants in our diet.

In the snack we have incorporated the infusions, using plants, carminatives, depuratives, that help us to the digestion, to the purification, and to lower the rate of cholesterol among other things.

For our dinners we have opted for fish and seafood, trying to create a menu for the night league.

And of course, a sweet not bitter to anyone, for those more special days, we offer you original desserts with fruits with spices and flowers.

Here you have the ingredients to make the three Smoothie


Slightly sugary, rich in vitamins A, C and K and helps to relieve stress.
Anti-inflammatory, blood-rich and diuretic

2 handfuls of kale, 1/2 sprig of mint, 1 orange, ½ lemon

Pass the ingredients through the blender and add water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency.


Slightly sweetened, with vitamin A, C, K, this Smoothie enriches the blood.
Anti-inflammatory, strengthens muscles and bones, promotes digestion.

2 handfuls of kale, 2 handfuls of blueberries, 2 pears, ½ lemon squeezed

PREPARATION: Pass the ingredients through the blender and add water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency.


Slightly sugary, rich in fiber and helps reduce cholesterol.
Detoxifying, eliminates fat, stimulates the body

1 coriander bouquet, 2 handfuls of strawberries, 25 cl of coconut water, 1 banana

Pass all the ingredients through the blender and add water if necessary to obtain the desired consistency.
